粉末烧结成型:使粉末固结成为全致密烧结体

      热等静压工艺可用于生产高密度、细晶粒、高性能和特殊粉末冶金材料和制件。为了获得均匀而细化的组织,减少材料损耗,减少后续机加工等工序,越来越多的粉末冶金制品采用了热等静压工艺进行成型及致密化。

l  高压和高温的同时作用可以降低材料烧结温度阈值,降低粉末成型能耗;

l  Simultaneous application of high pressure and high temperature can lower the sintering temperature threshold and reduce the energy consumption of the powder molding;

l  热等静压粉末成型可以提高材料化学成分及分布的均一性,消除偏析,控制晶粒长大,从而提高材料性能;

Using the HIP/PM route materials and structures may be produced that are not available by more conventional (casting) techniques.
