This pilot streamline is designed for preparing the pouch cells including mixing, coating, cold pressing, slitting, supersonic welding, vacuum heating, winding, module cutting, side & top sealing, injecting, aging and vacuum sealing. The Hi-capacity and hi-power cells could be supplied. Performance testing items include discharging properties at room temperature, self-discharging properties, storage properties, rate charge and discharge properties, properties at high and low temperature, safety properties (including compressing, puncture, crash, over-charge and over-discharge). The investigation of testing and evaluation technologies of Li-ion power battery and storage battery is carried out, including life span of li-ion batteries, health status evaluation etc., so as to provide technical support for li-ion cell industry.
