New material systems are developed including soft magnetism system, such as high Bs contented amorphous alloy in forms of ribbon, bulk and powder and high-silicon steel, the permanent magnetism systems such as above－mentioned materials in forms of flake and powder. Single experimental load: 10~1000g. Productivity of pilot scale test and incubation and core technology development is 50kg for single pilot scale test load. The types of products include amorphous strips, bulk amorphous alloy, amorphous powder, high-silicon steel and permanent-magnetism flake etc. Calculated according to the capacity of furnace as 50kg, loading 2 times everyday, working 300days every year, the productivity could reach 30 tons per year.
