Mr. Gan Yong, Chairman of the Board. Born in 1947, he is an academician of China Academy of Engineering, senior engineer of professor level, a doctorial tutor and a winner of special government allowance. He formerly served as Vice President of Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, Vice President of the first Board of Directors of the Company, and President of the second and third Boards of Directors. Now he is President of CISRI, Deputy Secretary of CPC (Communist Party of China) committee of CISRI, Director of National Engineering and Research Center for Continuous Casting Technology, Member of Standing Committee of China Association for Science and Technology, Vice Chairman of China Metals Association, Vice Chairman of China Rare Earth Association, Standing Director of China Materials Research Association, President of Beijing CSIRI-GAONA Materials & Technology Co., Ltd. and President of Beijing Gaohuai Metallurgy Technological Development Company. In 1996, he was elected as one of the State Young and Mid-Aged Experts with Prominent Contribution and he was elected as the deputy to Sixteenth and Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC.

        Mr Cai Rang, Vice Chairman of the Board. Born in March, 1957(Tibetan Nationality and member of CPC), he is a MBA from the State University of New York, PhD of Management from Renmin University of China, a senior engineer of professor level, a winner of special government allowance, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Sheffield and University of Cambridge in UK. He formerly served as Vice President of Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, as well as Vice President and Director of the first, second and third Boards of Directors. Now he is General Secretary of CPC committee of CISRI and Vice President of CISRI. he is also serving as Director of Beijing Solidarity of Ethnic Groups, Vice Chairman of China Federation of Science & Technology Institutions, Director of China Overseas Friendship Association, Director of China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture, Director of Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA), Vice Chairman of American Branch of WRSA, Professor at the Business School of Renmin University of China, Chairman of Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise Association, Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Entrepreneur Advisory Commission of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, President of Beijing AT&M Gang Yan Diamond Products Company, President of Heye Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Independent Director of China Life Insurance Company Limited. He has been awarded with honorary titles such as the first Venturing Prize for Returned Students and Excellent Entrepreneur of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. In 2008, he was elected as the Member of the 11th Beijing Committee of CPPCC and Member of the 11th National Committee of CPPCC.

       Mr. Zhao Pei, President and Board. Born in 1949, he is a PhD of engineering, a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Leeds in UK, a professor, a doctorial tutor and a winner of special government allowance. He formerly served as Professor and Deputy Dean of University of Science & Technology Beijing, Division Chief of the Science & Technology Department of Ministry of Metallurgy, Deputy Chief Engineer and Chief of Engineering Center of CISRI, Vice President of CISRI, the second Board member, President of New Metallurgy High-tech Group Co., Ltd., President of Beijing Iron & Steel Research New Metallurgy Engineering Design Co., Ltd. Now he is member of the fourth Board of Directors, Director of Zhonglian Advanced Steel Technology Co., Ltd. and the Standing Director of Chinese Society for Metals. He has been awarded with one Outstanding Prize and one First Prize of the Technological Progress Prize for Metallurgy, and he is in possession of over ten patents of invention. Mr. Zhao Pei is proficient in metallurgical technology and material science and familiar with related enterprises and research institutions both in China and abroad, which allows him to gain full understanding of the technological development and market trend of the sector, and has given him plenty of experiences in the management and operation of large-scale high-tech enterprises.

      Mr. Li Bo, Chairman of Supervisory Board. Born in 1963, he is a PhD of engineering, a senior engineer of professor level, a doctorial tutor and a winner of special government allowance. Now he is Vice President of CISRI and President of Beijing NCS Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd., Board Member of Beijing CSIRI-GAONA Materials & Technology Co., Ltd., Board Member of New Metallurgy High-tech Group Co., Ltd., Standing Director of Metallurgy Branch of China Association of Labor Studies. He formerly served as Vice Director of the New Material Research Dept of CISRI, General Manager of Functional Materials Division of Advanced Technology & Material Co., Ltd. (AT&M), President Assistant and Chief of Planning Department of CISRI and Vice President of CISRI. In 2007, he was elected as the Candidate of National New Century Project of "Thousands of Talents".

        Mr. Zhao Shiqian, Vice President, General Secretary of CPC committee of AT&M and Board Member. Born in 1958, he has a post-graduate degree and is a senior engineer of professor level and a Model Worker of Beijing City. He formerly served as the Deputy Chief of the Welding Materials Dept of CISRI, Deputy Section Chief of the Financial & Economic Dept, Section Chief of the Operation Dept and President Assistant of CISRI, Head of National Test Base for Fine Industrial Metallurgical Varieties, Board member and Vice President of the first, second and third Boards, Vice President of Yichang Black Whirl Saw Blade Co., Ltd. Now he is Vice president and General Secretary of CPC Committee of AT&M and Director of Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA), Vice Chairman of Northern Europe Branch of WRSA and Vice Chairman of Beijing Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise Association.

        Mr. Zhou Shaoxiong, Vice President and Chief Engineer. Born in 1955, he is a PhD and post-doctorial fellow of University of Trodheim of Norway, and is a senior engineer of professor level, a doctorial tutor and a winner of special government allowance. In 1998, he was chosen as the Young & Mid-aged Experts with Outstanding Contribution to China. He formerly served as the Deputy Manager of Amorphous Division, Director of Marketing Department and Chief Engineer. Now he is also serving as the Deputy Chief and Chief Engineer of National Amorphous and Nano-crystalline Engineering Center, Member of National Nano-technology Guiding & Coordinating Commission, Expert of the Panel of Experts for  New Material Technology Sector of the National High Technology Research and Development Program of the 11th 5-year Plan, President of Highmag Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Board Director of Beijing AT&M International Trading Co., Ltd.

        Mr. Li Junyi, Vice President. Born in 1953, he has a bachelor´s degree, and is a senior engineer of professor level and a winner of special government allowance. He formerly served as the Deputy Section Chief of the Science & Technology Department of Ministry of Metallurgy, Chief of the Equipment Department of CISRI, Executive Deputy Chief of National Amorphous and Nano-crystalline Engineering Center, General Manager of the Amorphous Division and President Assistant. Now he is also serving as President of Shanghai Antai-Zhigao Amorphous Metal Co., Ltd. and Vice Chairman of Yichang Black Whirl Saw Blade Co., Ltd.

        Mr. Tang Xuedong, Vice President and Financial Chief. Born in 1962, he has a bachelor´s degree and is a senior accountant. He formerly served as the Deputy Section Chief and Section Chief of the Finance Department of CISRI, Vice President of South Branch, Chief of Financial Department, Deputy Chief Accountant and Chief of the Financial Department of CISRI.
