一、Introducing of Antainano®
1.1 Summary:
AT&M has the Nanocrystalline metallic materials with Hitachi Metals patent license, in 2006 obtained the ISO9001 quality system certification, in 2014 through the TS16949 system certification of automotive products, the production of high precision Antainano® nanocrystalline ribbon is more than 3000 tons.The precursor of Antainano® is amorphous ribbon (non-crystalline)obtained by rapid quenching at one million ℃/second from the molten metal consisting of Fe、Si、B、Cu、Nb,with after annealing treatment obtained the ultra fine size grain (~10nm).
The notable feature of this new type of metallic functional materials is that the short production process , one step forming, saving energy consumption. Its outstanding advantage is that both the Fe based amorphous alloy with high saturation magnetization (Bs) and cobalt based amorphous alloy with high permeability and low loss, can well satisfy the performance requirements of high frequency low loss. Ribbons mainly use in the production of high precision inductors, high frequency switching power supply with magnetic core, high frequency transformer and high-end magnetic amplifier and other high-end products. Related core devices are mainly used in digital electronic products, smart electricity meter, inverter of the photovoltaic generation and new energy vehicle charging, driving system, to meet the requirements of power electronics technology to the development of high frequency, high current, small, energy saving and other requirements.
